The Position

Secteur géographique (départements) : 57P P -88P (P=partiel)

En tant que Sales Product Specialist (d/f/m) – Diabetes Care, vous jouez le rôle d'ambassadeur des solutions de l'entreprise auprès des pharmaciens et des professionnels de santé de votre secteur. Vous contribuez activement à promouvoir la gamme de produits, tant au niveau des circuits de distribution que des prescriptions, avec pour objectif de participer à la croissance de l'activité.

Vos principales responsabilités:

Développement commercial (Distribution)

  • Développer les ventes dans votre secteur en établissant des relations de qualité avec les officines, tout en respectant la politique et les accords commerciaux en place ;

  • Mettre en place des plans d'action personnalisés pour chaque client afin de garantir leur fidélisation ;

  • Proposer et négocier des offres commerciales ou des partenariats adaptés ;

  • Suivre, piloter et animer les relations avec les clients membres de groupements nationaux ou régionaux ;

  • Contribuer à la performance et au développement des gammes de produits et services de la marque ;

  • Former les équipes officinales sur les produits, services et outils via des démonstrations.

Promotion médicale (Prescription)

  • Développer les prescriptions et les ventes auprès des hôpitaux, des spécialistes libéraux et des médecins généralistes ;

  • Élaborer des plans d'action pour renforcer la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et des parts de marché, tout en assurant la fidélisation des professionnels de santé ;

  • Entretenir et développer des relations de confiance avec les leaders d'opinion (KOL) dans le secteur ;

  • Former les professionnels hospitaliers et libéraux sur les produits, services et dispositifs proposés par l'entreprise.

Reporting et veille

  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les données commerciales dans les outils de reporting internes ;

  • Participer à des événements clients et représenter l'entreprise lors d'interactions externes ;

  • Assurer une veille active sur l'environnement concurrentiel et le marché du diabète

Qui vous êtes:

  • Vous avez une formation supérieure commerciale, scientifique ou médico-technique ;

  • Vous êtes expérimenté dans la vente terrain, idéalement dans le secteur du dispositif médical ou FMCG.

  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des enjeux pharmaceutiques et médicaux ;

  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais professionnel (oral et écrit).

  • Vous avez de solides compétences en persuasion et orientation vers les résultats, accompagnées d'une excellente aisance relationnelle et d'un sens développé de l'écoute ;

  • Vous présentez un esprit analytique et de synthèse, allié à une capacité à collaborer efficacement en mode projet, en transversal, et au-delà des lignes hiérarchiques.
