Objectif : bâtir des services de messagerie et de communication plus performants, plus scalables et plus fun à maintenir.

Tu rejoindras une team mixant expertise technique et vision produit, pilotée par un ex-dev backend, maintenant manager et la hiring manager sur le poste.

Bref, un setup parfait pour apprendre, partager et pousser du code propre.

Exigences du poste
3+ ans d'expérience en Go (Golang) — c'est ta base

  • Une première expérience en Kotlin ? Parfait, une partie de la stack Messaging est en Kotlin
  • Bonnes notions en microservices, API REST/gRPC, scalabilité et perf
  • Tu aimes comprendre le "pourquoi" derrière le "comment"
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe, partager tes idées et challenger celles des autres

Responsabilités liées au poste
Ce que tu feras au quotidien :

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des microservices backend solides et performants
  • Améliorer en continu notre architecture distribuée
  • Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes QA, PM, UX et Front-End pour livrer des features qui comptent
  • Optimiser les perfs, la scalabilité et la qualité du code
  • Être acteur·rice des décisions techniques et produit, pas juste exécutant·e
  • Et bien sûr, coder avec autonomie, curiosité et pragmatisme
