Head of Growth Marketing (B2B SaaS)
Location: Paris (Hybrid) / Remote (UK/EU)
Focus: ABM, Lead Generation, Strategy & Orchestration
The Context: Great Foundations, Silent Marketing
Glopal is the technology powering international cross-border trade for brands like Dior, Loewe, Selfridges, Tag Heuer, and Jonak. We have Product-Market Fit, established revenue, and an elite client list.
But we have a visibility problem: while our competitors are loud, we are too quiet. But we are super confident we can change that That's why we are looking for a Head of Growth to come in and build our marketing engine from the ground up.
You'll be the Architect that defines the strategy and sets up the engine. You need to be hands-on, leveraging relevant internal and external resources to deliver a strong pipeline that will help accelerate our growth
Our Culture: "Ownership & Grit"
- Extreme Ownership: You own the lead number. You work with the Sales team to define what a "good lead" is, and you iterate until the pipeline is full.
- Pragmatic Ambition: We have huge goals for 2026. We believe in smart investments, not vanity spending. We test, we measure, and if it works, we double down.
- One Team (No Silos): Marketing exists to feed Sales. You will be the BDR team's best ally, providing them with the data, content and "warm" accounts they need to book meetings.
Your Mission: Accelerate our Lead Gen Machine
1. Build the ABM Engine (Priority #1)
- The Mission: Our BDR are doing well, but we think we can do better, especially by improving our surrounding of key target accounts. Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics targeting our Enterprise list.
- The Execution: Partner with BDRs to identify key accounts. Orchestrate smart marketing campaigns supported by targeted content to help generate more meetings.
- The Goal: Deliver high-intent, qualified meetings—not just volume.
2. Orchestrate the Content Factory
- The Mission: Our webinars work well. Your job is to industrialize them (1/month).
- The Execution: You define the topics and the angle. You manage external resources (freelancers) to repurpose the recording into clips, articles, and social posts.
- The Goal: Create a consistent market presence without you spending days editing videos yourself.
3. Product Marketing & Messaging
- The Challenge: We have two distinct offers (Marketing vs. Tax/Duty) and a very strong technology, but our Value Proposition is not heard enough.
- The Job: Help simplify and communicate our Value Prop, so we can increase inbound flow, as well as conversion.
Who you are
You are a T-Shaped marketer: You are strategic enough to plan the year, but you know enough about the tools to supervise the operations.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing. You have built lead gen engines in a scale-up environment.
- Tech Literacy: You are comfortable with the logic of HubSpot and Outbound tools (Salesloft, Lemlist, Clay). You don't need to be a developer, but you need to know how to architect the data flow.
- ROI Mindset: You measure success in Qualified Pipeline, not just "Likes" or "Traffic".
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory. French is a plus.
