Après 10 années d'aventure chez nous, notre Head of Enginering - Symfony et IA passe le relais.
Nous cherchons donc la personne qui saura reprendre le flambeau, structurer notre équipe tech, et continuer à faire grandir un produit utile, robuste et humain.

Chez Incenteev, on conçoit une plateforme Saas qui rend les managers meilleurs, et les équipes plus agiles.
Nos clients : Procter & Gamble, Orange, LG, Groupama, Société Générale…
Notre terrain de jeu : l'apprentissage managérial, la performance collective, et le feedback temps réel.

Nous sommes une équipe tech à taille humaine, basée à Paris, avec une architecture solide (Symfony/PHP) et un produit en pleine expansion à l'international.

Le poste : Head of Engineering Symfony + IA

Tu rejoins Incenteev pour piloter notre équipe de développement (~5 personnes), assurer la qualité technique de notre plateforme, et accompagner la transition vers une organisation plus scalable.

Tu travailles en lien direct avec le CTO, les PM et les designers.
Tu es autant un leader technique qu'un manager de personnes, capable de jongler entre vision, rigueur et bienveillance.

Tes responsabilités

Manager l'équipe d'ingénieurs (recrutement, 1:1, progression, feedback)

Encadrer les choix d'architecture et faire respecter les bonnes pratiques tech

Contribuer à la roadmap produit et aux arbitrages avec l'équipe produit

Organiser les sprints et la priorisation technique avec méthode

Mettre en place (ou améliorer) nos outils de CI/CD, monitoring, qualité, sécurité

Être garant·e de la cohérence du code, de la documentation et de la dette technique

Participer à la vision long terme de la plateforme avec le CTO

Profil recherché Indispensables :

6–10+ ans d'expérience en développement web, avec une vraie culture backend

Expérience significative en management d'équipe tech

Maîtrise poussée de Symfony/PHP

Solides compétences en organisation, priorisation et communication

Curiosité produit, envie de comprendre les utilisateurs

Bilingue français et anglais 

Envie de prendre la suite d'un manager expérimenté et de faire grandir une équipe dans la continuité


Bonus appréciés :

Intérêt pour le management, la formation, ou les soft skills

Appétence pour les sujets IA / NLP / scoring

Expérience dans un SaaS B2B ou une plateforme complexe

Vision DevOps, qualité, sécurité
