Licorne Society a été missionné par une entreprise en pleine croissance pour les aider à trouver leur Head of Engineering
Le rôleOrientation technique :
- Définir et piloter la roadmap technique en lien avec les objectifs business.
- Garantir la qualité et la robustesse des livrables (clean code, CI/CD, DevSecOps…).
- Assurer la sécurité, la conformité et la gestion responsable des risques techniques.
Management & leadership :
- Piloter une tribe (3-4 squads) en favorisant autonomie et impact.
- Manager directement des Engineering Managers et fonctionnellement des experts (data, AI, SRE…).
- Définir les objectifs, recruter, équilibrer les compétences et développer les talents via mentoring et coaching.
Production & performance :
- Veiller à la stabilité de la production et au bon run.
- Gérer efficacement les incidents et optimiser les performances (KPI, vélocité, qualité).
Delivery & stratégie produit :
- Assurer l'exécution de la roadmap en intégrant IA, scalabilité et dépendances.
- Co-piloter la roadmap produit avec le Head of Product.
- Challenger les pratiques et promouvoir l'innovation continue.
- 5 ans sur un rôle de Head of Engineering / Directeur tech, idéalement sur des plateformes à grande échelle, temps réel, avec des architectures modernes et des environnements de livraison agile.
- Vision stratégique avérée, avec la capacité d'aligner la technologie avec les objectifs produit et business.
- Capacité à encadrer des Engineering Managers, à développer des talents, créer des parcours de carrière et recruter de manière optimale.
- Anglais est fluent (utilisé quotidiennement)
- Poste proposé en remote, déplacements occasionnels : 1 à 2 fois par mois
