Carsharing empowers people to move in a smarter and more sustainable way: studies show that one shared car replaces between 5 and 8 privately owned cars, which frees up space in our cities while giving communities 24/7 access to cars when they need them.

Your Mission

We are looking for a growth marketer to scale our demand generation efforts across key markets and support major company growth levers including Getaround for Business. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the roadmap for initiatives that will fuel growth across our markets.

  • Build and scale our B2B search acquisition tactics (SEO & SEA), from keyword discovery to continuous experimentation to capture high-intent demand.

  • Design, execute, and optimize inbound campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), owning audiences, messaging, test-and-learn roadmaps, and performance, in close collaboration with the Brand team.

  • Define and operate outbound growth plays, including ICP definition, audience enrichment and segmentation, outbound copywriting, experimentation, and performance iteration to drive acquisition and activation.

  • Improve conversion and funnel efficiency through landing page optimization and structured experimentation using Unbounce.

  • Measure, analyze, and report on acquisition performance, setting up clear KPIs and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions and predictable growth.

  • Continuously experiment, iterate, and scale what works to build a repeatable growth playbook across markets.


What you'll bring to the table
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience scaling acquisition in a startup or digital agency 

  • Strong operational expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn 

  • Previous experience in Saas or B2B outbound growth (ICP definition, audience segmentation, messaging, experimentation)

  • Strong analytical mindset, highly data-driven, comfortable owning KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis. 

  • Strong experimentation and optimization mindset, ability to proactively test new approaches

  • Strong learning mindset, with the ability to continuously self-train, stay up to date with the latest growth techniques and be comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment

  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong professional communication skills

Who you'll work with
  • You will be part of the Marketing team, and report to Isaure, our Head of Growth Marketing. 

  • You will work closely with the Brand & communication team, as well as Sales, Go-to-market and Product. 

  • Your role is European, you will work closely with our Norwegian team to share best practices and mutualize efforts whenever possible.
