As a
Growth Marketer (DACH)
, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, implementing powerful acquisition strategies and working closely with the SDR team to turn leads into business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities :
Content Strategy Development
- Outbound
: Identify and target the right contacts within companies to feed our SDR team (experience with Lemlist is a plus). - CRM & Automation
: Design nurturing sequences in collaboration with our CRM expert and enhance lead tracking processes (experience with HubSpot is a plus). - SEA & Acquisition
: Optimize our SEA campaigns to drive growth. - Analytics & Optimization
: Monitor performance, analyze results, and develop a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.

fluent in
German and you speak English
(French is a plus)
