About the TeamTheOperations France & Europe teamplays a strategic role in setting up ecosystems and target operating models involving various stakeholders (partners, claims managers, assistance provider, etc.) and ensure a close monitoring of activities delegated to Wakam's partners and TPAs.To ensure operational excellence, we are now looking for aProject Managerto oversee and secure the management of our terminated (run-off) insurance programs across France and Europe. Your MissionAs part of theOperations France & Europeteam, your mission will be tomanage and secure all run-off accountsand serve as theprimary point of contact for operational follow-up with partners.Your responsibilities will include:Assessing the operational risks associated with terminated programs, in collaboration with Actuarial, Reserving, Claims, Finance, and Partner Oversight teamsDefining and implementing post-termination workflows or transfer models tailored to each product and countryEnsuring partners and TPAs adhere to contractual obligations on all run-off programsIdentifying operational issues, initiating corrective actions, and tracking remediation plansCreating performance reports and leading steering committees with partners and TPAsYou will also contribute to:Formalising and improving our run-off process: reducing the number of active TPAs, documenting procedures, implementing new controls, and designing a clear RACIDigitalising run-off oversight by identifying alerts and automation opportunities in coordination with the IT team What You BringYou have a Master's degree from a business school or university, with a focus in management, finance, or insurance, and:4–7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Auditor, with at least one role related to the insurance industryA strong attention to detail, a curious mindset, and the ability to explore root causes and propose smart, pragmatic solutionsSolid project management skills, allowing you to handle multiple priorities in parallelA collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and spokenFull fluency in English; fluency in French is a plus Your Working StylePositive energy, adaptability, and team spiritProactive and responsiveComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCurious, pragmatic, and detail-orientedKeen to contribute to a mission-led company in transformation Why Join Wakam ?Be a key contributor to structuring the future of our run-off processes at scaleWork at the intersection of Operations, Compliance, and Partner ManagementJoin an agile team where ownership, autonomy, and impact are realHelp shape the governance of strategic partnerships across EuropeEvolve in a fast-paced, purpose-led company with a European reachAIAt Wakam, AI and automation are transforming the insurance experience.
