This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Global Clinical Monitoring Manager. In this role, you will oversee and enhance the performance of the Clinical Research Associate workforce while supporting departmental initiatives aimed at improving quality and productivity. Your leadership will ensure that CRAs are equipped with the necessary tools and resources, which directly influences their career development and satisfaction. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will work alongside Clinical Team Leads to meet project requirements efficiently and effectively. Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop strategic action plans to optimize CRA services and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and coach CRA staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate CRA performance and provide direct support.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet resource needs and site requirements.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to enhance staff performance.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new CRAs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in clinical operations with a minimum of 5 years in onsite monitoring.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing CRAs.
  • Proven experience in developing training and evaluation programs for clinical staff.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and people management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
