Project Manager réglementation DORA

Nous cherchons pour le compte de notre client dans le domaine bancaire, un(e) project Manager dans ayant travaillé sur la réglementation DORA.
Objectif :
L'objectif principal est d'assister l'équipe Infrastructure, et plus précisément l'équipe Gestion des contrats, dans la collecte des données et des preuves requises, et de s'assurer que les procédures nécessaires pour se conformer aux exigences DORA sont en place ou rédigées. Rapports mensuels/hebdomadaires sur les produits afin de suivre le processus et de garantir la collecte et la livraison de toutes les informations dans les délais impartis.
Missions :
Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié pour les exigences DORA liées à l'infrastructure et au thème EUS. Il/elle rendra compte au responsable des contrats Infra et Cloud et serez chargé(e) de :
? Travailler avec les équipes opérationnelles pour collecter et remplir les formulaires DORA requis, par exemple :
o Évaluation des risques (formulaire B via l'outil Onetrust)
o Stratégies de sortie (formulaire C)
o Processus de test (exercice sur table)
o Collecte de la documentation contractuelle (contrats, addendum DORA)
? Analyser les contrats/propositions afin d'identifier les conditions de résiliation et les conditions spécifiques
? Planifier un exercice interne sur table pour chaque fournisseur critique avec l'équipe DORA et s'assurer que chaque session est bien préparée afin d'obtenir la validation directe pendant la réunion
? Interagir avec les fournisseurs afin de recueillir leurs réponses et les documents requis comme preuves.
? Interagir avec nos équipes juridiques, nos équipes chargées des risques et l'équipe DORA lorsqu'une validation ou une évaluation spécifique est nécessaire
? Préparer des rapports réguliers et ponctuels sur l'avancement, l'état d'avancement, les risques et les problèmes sur une base hebdomadaire
? Veiller à collecter et à livrer les informations en temps voulu
? Suivre les audits si nécessaire
Profil candidat:
Expérience sur DORA.
Expérience en audit dans le domaine informatique obligatoire (infrastructure).
Expérience en livraison/reporting dans un environnement complexe et multi-projets.
Solides compétences interpersonnelles, excellentes compétences orales et écrites, capacité à travailler sur des projets en contact avec les clients.
Flexibilité et capacité à travailler dans des environnements où les priorités changent.
