As our next Tender Specialist and Business Support for France, you will be included in the European Sales Operations Support team and will deal with public and private tenders, managing their work through certified mail and dedicated portals; you will be responsible to ensure tender legal compliance for private & public contracts, working closely with legal and sales departments. You will also proactively support sales team with data analysis, compliance tasks, CRM updating and management. You will also be responsible for supporting Sales team with sales tools management and process improvement, dialoguing with different departments to build effective solutions. You will also be involved in ad hoc projects to support the organization as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• You will manage the entire activation cycle: tender research through telematic journals and the main PA portals, evaluates and selects new tenders that align with Agilent's sales strategy and goals, feasibility study, documentation management according to the regulations to be adopted, preparation of administrative documentation, verification of technical and economic documentation, management of contacts with the sales force for the activation of the tender itself.
• You will be working closely with Sales Account Managers and other stakeholders to develop tender response strategies and create comprehensive bid packages; you will monitor timetables and deadlines and take care of and draw up the documentation following the award of the tender;
• Perform tender admin & coordination activities, drafting documentation & quotation and checking formatting, completeness, accuracy, consistency and compliance
• Work closely with internal Product Specialist, Sales, Legal, Contracts and Copc teams to build effective solutions, strategies, tools and processes to support the sales organization.
• Analyze tenders & sales data, creating dashboards, files and templates according to local needs.
• Monitor price dynamics, ability to identify price discrepancies, communicating effectively with Contracts and Orders colleagues to fix issues.
• Follow up on third party products, check customers consumption and payments, supporting sales on approval processes with procurement and finance departments.
• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit Agilent customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.
• You will directly support Sales team with data and CRM management, creating ad hoc analysis through different tools, mainly Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Bi.

This position is based in our offices in Paris (Les Ulis), where partial remote work would be an option (up to 2 days a week).

We are looking for a motivated individual with great communication skills and the following:

• University degree, ideally in a legal or business field
• First experience in managing/working with tenders, either in a similar position or in sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in French and English
• Proficiency with analysis/reporting tools would be an advantage

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
