Nous recherchons plusieurs employé(e)s libre-service pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez un acteur clé de la satisfaction client en garantissant la disponibilité et la présentation des produits en magasin. Votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à travailler en équipe seront des atouts majeurs pour réussir dans ce rôle.
Responsabilités :
Assurer le stockage et le conditionnement des produits selon les normes de l'entreprise
Participer à la mise en rayon et au réapprovisionnement des stocks
Accueillir et conseiller les clients, en veillant à leur satisfaction
Réaliser des opérations de vente au détail avec professionnalisme
Effectuer le chargement et déchargement des marchandises
Appliquer les règles de merchandising pour optimiser la présentation des produits
Maintenir l'espace de vente propre et ordonné
Profil recherché :
Vous avez impérativement une expérience significative de la grande distribution (minimun 1 an)
Vous êtes organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Vous maîtrisez l'utilisation d'un transpalette et êtes à l'aise avec le travail physique
Vous faites preuve d'un bon sens relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe
