Process & Project Manager - 6+ Months - Montpellier

We are seeking a proactive Process & Project Manager to design and maintain key business processes, drive cross‑functional projects, and ensure strong governance. You'll work closely with process owners and regularly engage with senior leadership, requiring strong communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Process Ownership & Governance

  • Implement new processes and drive successful team adoption.
  • Maintain and improve existing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Set up tools and structures to support efficient operations.

Documentation & Enablement

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Manage end‑to‑end process tracking and traceability.

Performance & KPI Management

  • Define and manage KPIs to assess process effectiveness.
  • Track performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Project Management

  • Lead cross‑functional projects from planning to delivery.
  • Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and communication.
  • Ensure structured project execution using best practices.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Align with business and process owners to ensure adoption.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Build strong relationships and manage multi‑function stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project management and coordination experience.
  • Proven ability to drive projects and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong background in process implementation, governance, and tool setup.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, including senior management.
  • Highly organized with a structured, analytical, and proactive mindset.
  • Experience using KPIs to measure process efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Project details:

  • Start: ASAP- January/February 2026
  • Duration: 6+ months with extensions
  • 40 hours per week, 3to 5 days onsite per week
