RATP Dev est une filiale du groupe RATP, leader des réseaux de rail urbain à grande capacité et 3ème opérateur mondial de transports publics.

Nous recherchons un.e Head of Product Engineering F/H.

Missions

Rattaché.e au Group Chief Technical Officer au sein de la direction du digital, vous évoluez dans un contexte motivant de développement et de transformation de l'entreprise et notamment à l'international.

En tant qu'Head of Product Engineering, vous aurez la charge de traduire les besoins business en architecture cible (data et technique) et de piloter la cohérence des évolutions des architectures des product lines afin de garantir efficacité, sécurité, performance, et maîtrise des coûts.

Vous serez en lien avec les équipes DevOps, Opérationnelles infrastructures, réseau, cybersécurité et métiers. Le rôle est centré sur l'architecture des SI et cohérence du cadre technologique défini et porté par la vision digitale de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités et activités

Définir l'architecture des solutions digitales

  • Concevoir l'architecture globale des applications, API, plateformes cloud et services.
  • Définir les choix techniques (langages, frameworks, services cloud, intégrations).
  • Garantir la cohérence du SI, la scalabilité et la performance des solutions.
  • Produire les schémas d'architecture (HLD, LLD).

Accompagner les équipes produit & business

  • Traduire les besoins métier en solutions techniques claires et réalisables.
  • Participer à la définition de la roadmap produit et aux arbitrages.
  • Recommander les meilleures approches technologiques pour répondre aux besoins.
  • Être le point de référence sur les capacités techniques des plateformes

Piloter les intégrations entre systèmes

  • Définir et superviser l'intégration entre applications internes et externes.
  • Concevoir les API et flux de données (REST, GraphQL, events, ETL).
  • Assurer la compatibilité et l'interopérabilité dans tout l'écosystème digital.
  • Garantir la bonne gestion de l'identité, des accès, des données et des workflows.

Assurer la sécurité, conformité et qualité

  • Intégrer systématiquement les contraintes de sécurité (IAM, chiffrement, zéro trust).
  • Veiller à la conformité réglementaire (RGPD, ISO27001, lois locales).
  • Définir et mettre en place les standards de qualité logicielle.
  • Contribuer aux revues d'architecture et audits techniques

Superviser les implémentations techniques

  • Travailler au quotidien avec les équipes de développement, data, DevOps, QA.
  • Accompagner les squads pour s'assurer de la bonne application des standards.
  • Valider les designs détaillés, les choix de technologies et les plans de livraison.
  • Coordonner les partenaires externes et intégrateurs.

Promouvoir l'innovation technologique

  • Identifier et évaluer de nouvelles technologies (AI, serverless, microservices, API-first...).
  • Recommander des évolutions d'architecture adaptées aux enjeux business.
  • Construire des prototypes (POC) pour valider des solutions innovantes.
  • Être un ambassadeur technologique pour l'entreprise.

Gérer la documentation et la capitalisation

  • Produire et maintenir à jour la documentation technique.
  • Normaliser les pratiques d'architecture dans l'entreprise.
  • Contribuer à la constitution d'un catalogue de services et de patterns d'architecture.

Profile

Formation

  • Formation Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent.

Expérience et compétences requises

  • Min. 10 ans d'expérience sur au moins un cloud majeur (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Compréhension des architectures :

  • Microservices
  • API-first / API Management
  • Event-driven architecture
  • CI/CD (Software Engineering)

  • Approche produit

  • Solides connaissances en architecture data : plateformes data, MDM, gouvernance data.

  • Connaissance des patterns d'intégration : ESB, ETL, pub/sub, streaming.
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'initiative.
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale (français/anglais technique).
  • Anglais bon niveau.
