a Business Developer France & Export (M/F).
This recruitment is being conducted as part of a replacement.
This is a full remote position.
Frequent travel is required in France and internationally.
POSTE
Reporting directly to the Group President, you will lead commercial development across France and international markets for all estates, with one clear objective : drive growth through market conquest, new market openings and the acquisition of strategic key accounts.
We are looking for a true field-driven deal maker — a hunter, able to perform in a highly competitive, complex and demanding wine market, where impact, audacity and resilience make the difference.
Your main responsibilities include :
Development & Strategy
• Define and execute an assertive commercial strategy across French and international markets.
• Identify and activate new growth levers in mature and highly competitive environments and develop innovative distribution channels.
• Actively prospect new partners (importers, distributors, fine dining, spremium and pecialized networks…).
Commercial Action
• Lead high-stakes and complex negotiations with key decision-makers.Build a strong client portfolio with a clear focus on acquisition and value creation.
• Build a strong client portfolio focused on acquisition, value creation and long-term performance.
• Maintain a strong and constant field presence to promote the estates, secure deals and generate new business.
Management & Coordination
• Develop and monitor the commercial budget with a strong results-driven mindset.
• Implement performance tracking tools focused on results and growth.
• Coordinate with estate managers and brand ambassadors to ensure consistent and impactful commercial communication.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing tools and materials aimed at acquisition.
PROFIL
You hold a Master's degree (Business School or equivalent) and have a solid and successful experience as a Commercial or Sales Manager in the wine sector, acquired internationally.
A true field professional, you have an in-depth understanding of the commercial landscape in both France and international markets, along with a strategic view of wine distribution.
You are above all a hunter, driven by the conquest of new markets and the creation of business opportunities.
You know how to identify and activate growth levers quickly, build long-term commercial relationships, and lead high-stakes negotiations.
Your entrepreneurial mindset enables you to thrive within a family-owned group and to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Recognized for your leadership, determination, and ability to deliver results, you combine rigor, organizational skills, and a strong business development instinct.
You are fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
