Job Description:

Lead engineering excellence for Occam Industries, a critical defense tech company building AI for warfighters. This role demands ensuring stable, predictable, and trusted releases where precision is paramount. You'll manage processes, drive timely delivery, and build high-performing teams across Europe, directly impacting global security and saving lives.

Location: London, UK & Europe

What you will do:

  • Ensure robust, scalable engineering processes are maintained across our Ukrainian core product team.
  • Drive the hiring, staffing, and establishment of product and Go-To-Market teams across NATO member states.
  • Manage active roadmaps, timelines, and effectively communicate trade-offs and strategic compromises to leadership.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience managing engineering teams delivering mission-critical, high-reliability software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and scale engineering processes in complex, geographically distributed environments.
  • Strong leadership in hiring, team building, and strategic communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
