As a Content Manager, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining our library of world-class educational content. We provide online courses focused on AI, automation, and online business models—fields that change rapidly.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure our students always have access to the most current, accurate, and high-impact learning materials. You won't just be managing files; you will be owning the lifecycle of our courses, from researching new AI updates to refreshing outdated lessons and launching new modules.

You will receive a clear roadmap of courses to improve or create, but you will also be expected to proactively spot outdated content (e.g., "Midjourney just released v6, we need to update Module 3"). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves learning about AI and has a keen eye for pedagogical quality.

• Content Refresh & Maintenance: Regularly audit existing courses to ensure all tools, interfaces, and strategies are up-to-date with the latest AI developments.
• Course Production & Management: Upload, format, and organize course materials (videos, text, quizzes, and resources) into our Content Management System (CMS).
• Curriculum Improvement: Work with subject matter experts to turn raw information into structured, easy-to-follow lessons, ensuring a logical flow for students.
• Asset Creation: Create or update supporting resources such as cheat sheets, prompt libraries, and summary notes to enhance the learning experience.
• Quality Assurance: Check lessons before publishing to catch errors, quality issues, or confusing explanations.
• Student Feedback Loop: Monitor student comments and feedback to identify areas where content needs clarification or expansion.

• Passion for AI & Tech: You genuinely enjoy keeping up with the latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, automation tools) and online business trends.
• Excellent Communication: You have strong written English skills and can craft clear, engaging educational copy.
• Structured & Organized: You can manage multiple course updates simultaneously without losing track of version control or assets.
• Proactive Mindset.

• Education Experience: Previous experience in instructional design, e-learning, or managing online communities.
• Hands-on AI Experience: You have actually used AI tools to build automations, generate images, or write content yourself.

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
