About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Paris within the Front of the House Department in Paris, the Concierge is responsible for providing Palace service to all guests and colleagues. The mission and intent of this position is for the candidate to always keep the guest's perspective in mind and fulfil the mission of the accommodation. The concierge will be creative and respond to all guest needs and requests.

As
Concierge
, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • You supervise the porters, and valet drivers and daily follow-up.
  • You monitor the clients during their stay and manage any complaints.
  • You maintain and strengthen relationships with our service providers.
  • You contribute to customer loyalty.
  • You guarantee service quality and compliance with MOHG standards and procedures.
  • You represent the Mandarin Oriental brand.
