Description Du Poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur/Directrice Adjointe ALAE pour assister la direction dans la coordination et la gestion de notre structure périscolaire. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez à l'organisation des activités éducatives et ludiques, à l'encadrement de l'équipe d'animation et à la création d'un environnement sécurisant et stimulant pour les enfants. CDD de remplacement de deux mois

Vos Missions

• Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du projet pédagogique de l'ALAE en lien avec les orientations éducatives locales.
• Coordonner et animer les activités périscolaires (accueil, animations, ateliers) en soutien au Directeur/Directrice.
• Assister dans l'encadrement, la formation et la motivation de l'équipe d'animateurs.
• Contribuer à garantir la sécurité physique et affective des enfants en toutes circonstances.
• Participer à la gestion administrative et budgétaire de la structure (suivi des plannings, gestion des présences, suivi des ressources).
• Maintenir des relations positives avec les familles, les écoles et les partenaires institutionnels.

• Compétences en gestion d'équipe et sens du leadership.
• Organisation rigoureuse et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Excellente aisance relationnelle avec les enfants, les familles et les partenaires.
• Créativité pour proposer des activités éducatives innovantes.
• Calme et capacité à réagir efficacement face aux imprévus.

Qualifications
Diplôme dans le domaine de l'animation, de l'éducation ou de la gestion de structures éducatives (BPJEPS, DUT Carrières Sociales, Licence Sciences de l'Éducation, ou équivalent).
