Outclose is a consumer app connecting the LGBTQ+ community through curated weekly events across 13+ global cities. We are dedicated to building safe, vibrant spaces for connection in the digital and physical worlds.

Role Description

The individual will be responsible for leading and managing all performance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the implementation of
social-first
performance campaigns, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and delivering high-impact ROI to fuel revenue growth.

This role requires a leader who can manage
complex global ad operations
and pivot quickly in the fast-moving social landscape. You will provide strategic mentorship to the marketing team and work cross-functionally to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the LGBTQ+ digital space.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience
    in Performance Marketing with a heavy focus on consumer mobile apps.
  • Platform Expertise:
    Proven track record of scaling and optimizing
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads
    at a global level.
  • Budget Management:
    Extensive experience scaling monthly budgets from
    $50k to $500k+
    while maintaining efficiency.
  • Global Ad Ops:
    Deep understanding of
    global ad operations
    , including multi-market localization, compliance, and cross-timezone campaign management.
  • Analytical Rigor:
    Proficiency in Web/App Analytics (GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust) to deliver data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
  • Team Leadership:
    Experience mentoring and managing high-performing teams in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Communication:
    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

*Role is fully remote and we will consider candidates globally.
