En qualité d'Apprenti(e) Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines, vous intégrerez, au sein de la DRH, le Service Administration du Personnel composé d'une Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines. Vous travaillerez en binôme avec la GRH pour assurer la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des activités Ressources Humaines.
Ainsi, vous interviendrez lors des différents moments de la vie professionnelle et personnelle des collaborateurs (embauche, mobilité, naissance, départ…) et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des RRH et l'équipe Paie.
Plus précisément, vos missions seront notamment les suivantes :
- Réalisation de formalités d'embauche (récupération des pièces constitutives des dossiers du personnel, saisie des DPAE, élaboration des contrats de travail) ;
- Accomplissement de formalités liées à tout type de congés (naissance, parental, maternité…) ;
- Support dans la réalisation de formalités de départ ;
- Tenue et mise à jour des dossiers numériques du personnel ;
- Suivi administratif des conventions de stage et contrats d'alternance.
- Suivi et mise à jour du tableau de reporting de paie
- Divers projets transverses

Diplômes et formations requises :
Niveau Bac+2/+3 (BTS, BUT GEA, diplôme équivalent) avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent
