We are offering a unique apprenticeship opportunity for a driven and ambitious candidate to join our team as an GenAI & Agentic AI Trainee. This role sits at the intersection of GenAI & Agentic AI product design, project management, data analytics, and technology innovation, and is designed for individuals who aspire to take ownership of impactful initiatives.

As an apprentice, you will be entrusted with responsibility for coordinating complex projects, delivering actionable insights from data, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of AI Agent products. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, shape product design and Eval/testing frameworks, and contribute directly to the optimization and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. This position provides an exceptional platform to develop commercial acumen, enhance product ownership capabilities, and gain hands-on experience in driving technology-empowered business transformation.

Job responsibilities

• Drive effective coordination and oversight of project activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely delivery of milestones
• Translate data requests into structured analyses, providing insights that inform decision-making and business outcomes
• Contribute to the strategic and operational management of AI Agent products, including:
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive product design documentation
• Ensuring accurate archiving and version control of technical documentation
• Designing, executing, and monitoring structured product testing frameworks
• Curating, managing, and continuously optimizing prompt libraries for performance and scalability
• Supporting the design and delivery of user training programs to drive adoption and impact
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall user experience
• Actively support the lifecycle management of AI Agents, contributing to the design and implementation of innovative workflows

Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Proven experience in product design, project management or project support
• High sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Skilled in PowerPoint for effective presentations and structured documentation
• Knowledge of Python programming
• Familiarity with Vertex AI and/or Copilot Studio is a strong advantage
• Experience in independently building agents or workflows is highly desirable
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
