Rejoignez un projet d'ingénierie innovant et transformez la mobilité de demain Vous serez responsable de la sûreté de fonctionnement de systèmes embarqués complexes dans le secteur automobile, poids lourds et véhicules spéciaux, avec un focus sur des technologies émergentes : ADAS, véhicules autonomes, propulsion décarbonée (électrique, hybride, hydrogène).

Vos missions principales

  • Piloter et coordonner la sûreté de fonctionnement : fiabilité, maintenabilité, sécurité et disponibilité des systèmes.

  • Élaborer et actualiser le Safety Plan et le Document d'Intégration de la Sûreté (DIA).

  • Assurer l'interface entre les équipes internes (systèmes, hardware, software), les clients et les fournisseurs.

  • Produire et valider les livrables normatifs ISO26262 : analyses d'impact, HARA, cotation ASIL, AMDEC, arbres de défaillances, rapports de sécurité.

  • Diffuser la culture safety : accompagner, former et sensibiliser les équipes pluridisciplinaires.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum en sûreté de fonctionnement, idéalement dans l'automobile ou systèmes embarqués complexes.

  • Expertise technique : maîtrise pointue de la norme ISO26262 ou équivalent (EN 50126…).

  • Qualités relationnelles : autonomie, communication fluide en français et anglais, pédagogie.

  • Esprit d'équipe et leadership : capacité à fédérer, convaincre et accompagner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.

  • Atouts : expérience avec ASPICE, CMMi, IATF 16949, certifications appréciées.
