ENTER THE GAME

As a Poker Intern you will join the Poker team, composed of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering the best online poker experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in iGaming.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be mainly dedicated to Multi-Table Tournaments (MTTs). Your tasks will be including:

MTT Scheduling & Series Support

• Assist in creating and deploying the weekly tournament schedule, including regular MTTs and special Series.
• Support the team in planning and executing upcoming tournament Series, ensuring proper promotion and organization.

Product Testing

• Participate in testing sessions on the staging environment for new features or updates.
• Identify and report bugs or issues to the Product Team, ensuring a smooth launch process.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Upload and verify commercial assets (banners, themes, etc.) on the staging environment.
• Ensure all assets are correctly displayed and functioning as intended before deployment to live environments.

Market & Competitor Benchmarking

• Monitor competitors' MTT Series and major events.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in our offerings.

Operational Support & Communication

• Act as the primary contact point for Customer Support regarding MTT-related inquiries.
• Assist in preparing briefs and documentation explaining tournament series and promotional activities.

Performance Analysis

• Collect, compile, and analyze weekly performance data for MTTs and Series.
• Support the team in preparing reports and insights to inform future strategies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This internship is for you if:

• You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• You communicate clearly and effectively (written and spoken)
• You're comfortable working with spreadsheets, Basecamp, and JIRA (training provided)
• You're interested in online poker
• You're a proactive learner who enjoys teamwork and fast-paced environments
• And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet your future manager Massimiliano ROSSI who is the Head Of Poker.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
