  1. Contexte du PosteDans un environnement informatique critique composé de 10 applications interconnectées, d?un modèle de données complexe et d?une infrastructure de 271 VM Linux, le Gestionnaire d?Incidents & Problèmes Senior assure la maîtrise du RUN, la coordination des incidents majeurs, la réduction des récurrences et la formalisation des processus ITIL.

  2. Mission PrincipalePiloter l?ensemble des incidents et problèmes, assurer une communication fluide auprès des équipes techniques et métiers, structurer et maintenir les processus opérationnels nécessaires à la stabilité du SI.

  3. Responsabilités Clés4.1 Gestion des Incidents· Prise en charge complète du cycle de vie des incidents.

  4. Priorisation des incidents selon leur impact.

  5. Coordination des équipes Linux, applicatives, data, réseau et DevOps.

  6. Animation des bridges de crise pour les incidents majeurs.

  7. Communication transparente et régulière auprès des parties prenantes.

  8. Rédaction de rapports post-incident (PIR).

4.2 Gestion des Problèmes· Identification des problèmes à partir des incidents récurrents.

  • Analyse de causes racines (RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys?).

  • Suivi des actions correctives et préventives.

  • Animation des comités de revue des problèmes.

  • Mise à jour de la base de problèmes.

4.3 Formalisation des Processus· Rédaction et optimisation des processus Incident/Problème.

  • Définition des règles d?escalade.

  • Mise à jour des workflows, procédures et référentiels documentaires.

  • Contribution à l?amélioration continue du RUN.

  • Livrables Attendus· Processus ITIL formalisés (Incident/Problème).

  • Modèles de communication standardisés.

  • Rapports RCA, PIR et plans d?action.

  • Tableaux de bord : MTTR, MTBF, récurrence.

  • Roadmap d?amélioration continue.

  • Positionnement Organisationnel· Rattaché au Responsable RUN / Responsable Infrastructure.

  • Interactions : équipes applicatives, Linux/DevOps, data/DBA, réseau/sécurité, métiers.

  • Objectifs du Poste· Réduction des incidents récurrents.

  • Diminution du MTTR.

  • Amélioration de la résilience applicative.

  • Mise en place durable d?une gouvernance opérationnelle efficace.

Profil candidat:

Compétences Requises- Techniques· Expertise Linux.

  • Très bonne compréhension des architectures applicatives.

  • Maîtrise des modèles de données complexes.

  • Connaissance avancée ITIL.

  • Analyse approfondie des logs et chaînes applicatives.

  • Transverses· Leadership confirmé.

  • Excellente communication.

  • Gestion du stress et des priorités.

  • Rigueur documentaire.

  • Capacité à fédérer et challenger.

  • Profil Recherch? Minimum 10 ans d?expérience en gestion d?incidents ou poste RUN équivalent.

  • Expérience confirmée en environnement Linux.

  • Expérience forte de gestion de crise (incidents P1/P0).

  • Pratique éprouvée de formalisation ITIL.
