Job Description

BD MMS is looking for its Customer Success Leader, a true conductor orchestrating technological innovation, operational excellence, and customer success.

Medication Management Solutions

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

Your Mission

You play a key role in the design, integration, and adoption of BD MMS solutions. At the crossroads of IT, change management, and team leadership, you support our clients in transforming their clinical and operational processes.

Your Responsibilities

1. IT & Solution Management – You are the technological reference for the French market

  • Analyze and share IT trends in the French market to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define an IT vision that supports growth.
  • Gather customer needs and influence EMEA and Global roadmaps.
  • Support sales teams in business development and value demonstration.
  • Ensure validation of prerequisites and oversee the entire pre‑sales solutioning process.
  • Train MMS teams on integration, architecture, and solution topics.
  • Develop partnerships and lead integration testing with third‑party solutions.

2. Management & Development of the Customer Success Team – You help talents grow

  • Define and monitor individual development plans.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and servant leadership.
  • Develop skills in project management (IT, Lean, cross‑training, etc.).
  • Promote cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, GCS, and other teams.

3. Change Management – You support a strategic Pyxis account

  • Lead change management for a key client.
  • Ensure adoption, optimization, and long‑term sustainability of the Pyxis solution.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the client throughout their transformation.

Your Profile:

  • 5–10 years of technical experience in a hospital IT environment, with strong expertise in HL7, XML, PN13, JSON, as well as solid knowledge of networking, IT integration, and server management.
  • At least 5 years of people‑management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Customer‑centric mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proven project‑management skills, enabling you to structure daily activities, anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and guide your team toward greater agility and proactivity.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, collaborating effectively across multiple functions to identify and mobilize the right expertise for each situation.
  • Professional proficiency in English (minimum requirement).
  • Strong experience in change management, ideally within fast‑evolving industries, giving you the ability to drive and support organizational transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

Field national role, open to candidates based in any major city with easy access to an airport or well‑connected public transportation.

Compensation range: 90k -100k fixe selon profil
