• Effectuer une analyse de marché pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités.
• Créer une vision et une stratégie à long terme pour la catégorie.
• Communiquer et promouvoir la stratégie pour garantir l'alignement au sein de l'entreprise.
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et les processus d'approvisionnement. Négocier les prix, les termes et les conditions avec les fournisseurs.
• Assurer des prix compétitifs et des offres de pointe sur le marché.
• Surveiller et évaluer la performance des fournisseurs et la conformité.
• Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques et d'achats sur les contrats et les appels d'offres.
• Gérer la sélection de l'assortiment de produits, y compris les nouvelles références, les prolongations et les suppressions.
• Assurer un stock optimal et une disponibilité des produits grâce aux partenariats avec les fournisseurs et aux parties prenantes internes.
• Collaborer avec les spécialistes de catégorie sur les informations produits et la durabilité.
• Soutenir la politique de durabilité du groupe et l'objectif "90% d'ici 2026".
• Augmenter la part des produits du groupe sur tous les marchés.
• Soutenir la mise en œuvre du projet de centralisation du bureau central.
• Animer les réunions de catégorie avec les représentants de tous les marchés pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie Lyreco.

Ce Que Nous Recherchons

• Formation supérieure en commerce (bac+3 minimum).
• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de catégorie, développement de catégorie, achats, négociation. L' expérience en management d'équipes est un plus.
• Solides compétences en gestion du changement.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et dans des environnements très collaboratifs.
• Compétences avérées en gestion de projets.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
• Membre d'équipe positif, énergique et dynamique, capable de partager des idées.
• Orienté vers les résultats et les solutions.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en influence.
• Proactif avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais.

to join our Group Merchandising team based in Marly (59), France. Lyreco is moving forward on a core office centralization project on Core Office Supplies (General Office, Tech, Print) that will strongly change the game in the way of working with our suppliers and with our subisdiaries in terms of category management and buying strategy. YOUR MISSIONS:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute category strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create long-term vision and strategy for the category.
• Communicate and sell the strategy to ensure alignment across the business.
• Define the customer needs for the category and select the appropriate brand architecture (OEM, private label, no name, sourcing etc).
• Drive strong interactions within the business and with subsidiaries (strong international exposure).
• Collaborate with other departments to support category initiatives.

Supplier Management and Sourcing in strong collaboration with the Category Buying team:

• Manage supplier relationships and sourcing processes.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Ensure competitive pricing and market-leading offers.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance & compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal and purchasing teams on contracts and tenders.

Product Assortment Management:

• Manage product assortment selection, including new additions, continuations, and deletions.
• Ensure optimal stock and product availability through supplier partnerships and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with category specialists on product information and sustainability.
• Support the Group Sustainability policy and "90% by 2026" goal.

Marketing and Sales lead & support:

• Increase the share of Group products in all markets.
• Support the implementation of the core office centralisation project.
• Lead category meetings with all market's representatives to implement the Lyreco strategy.
• Provide category knowledge and training to subsidiaries.
• Recommend selling price positioning and margin expectations.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead a team of 1 Group Product Manager and co-lead 1 Group Marketing Support Officer.
• Develop and upskill team members.
• Contribute to any project linked to the development and transformation of the company.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Business oriented Degree (minimum Bac+3)
• Minimum 10 years in category management, category development, purchasing, negotiation with direct management of teams is a plus
• Strong change management skills
• Able to work both independently and in highly collaborative environments
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
• Positive, energetic and dynamic team member who can share ideas
• Results and solutions oriented
• Toughness and persistence (negos)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
