Job DescriptionYour Mission
As a Global Buyer – Germany & Austria, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our European hotel portfolio. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels in Germany and Austria, ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Germany and Austria to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, and Operations) to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding member experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings, calls, and on-site visits when required.
• Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels across Germany and Austria, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for energetic builders who move fast, think big, and care about creating a real impact.
Your profile:
• Around 2 years of experience in contracting, tour operating, DMCs, or hospitality, preferably in Germany or Austria.
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Good knowledge of the local market and an eagerness to build strong industry contacts.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Structured, data-aware, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and Austria to meet partners.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
