Position overview:

Set and maintain high standards of quality in order to achieve company goals through the implementation of an effective manufacturing systems and through the leadership to involve all our employees.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the teams to ensure that all quality standards are met and ensure all relevant records are maintained.Develop and maintain co-operative relationships with customers, suppliers, legislative bodies and other external contacts for the good of the business.Drive the continuous improvement of quality through concrete and recurrent analysis of the performance and the non quality costs.Propose and implement all relevant actions, equipements, training in order to daily master and improve our performance. Maintain and follow the evolution of all quality systems as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, GMP.Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times and support improvements to safety, staff welfare, security and environmental impactsLead and influence other departments to ensure that quality matters are fully supported.Manage the quality resources to meet the budget and the requirements of the production schedule.Manage the performance and development of the quality staff, including identifying training needs, coaching and promoting teamwork.

What are we looking for?

Quality engineer or quality studies with degree level  In depth knowledge of ISO 9001 – GMP (ISO15378/HACCP)Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quality ManagerFluent in both English and French
