We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Consultant AI Delivery Manager to take on the following responsibilities :

  • Technical leadership:

    ·       Lead and coordinate fullstack devs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI products that integrate LLMs and traditional software components.

    ·       Act as a technical lead to resolve complex engineering challenges and make informed architectural decisions.

    Product leadership:

    ·       Lead the products to jump the chasm between early adopters and early / late majority

    ·       Collaborate with customers, support teams, and sales to deeply understand product usage and pain points.

    ·       Translate feedback into actionable and mesurable improvements, and prioritize features that maximize user value.

    ·       Assist sales teams with the go-to-market.

    Project delivery:

    ·       Manage product delivery projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

    ·       Ensure clear communication of technical requirements, dependencies, and risks.

    ·       Ensure overall client success with business teams by collecting key metrics measuring satisfaction, adoption, and performance of deployed solutions.

    ·       For internal deployments, actively encourage adoption and advise on how to maximize impact.

Profile required

Skills & Expertise:

    • Start-up mindset: Obscessed with delivering impact. Wear multiple hats. Do more with less. Creative in pushing forward the resolution of complex situations that involve people, processes and tools. Ability to make quick decisions under uncertainty while maintaining informed control of risks.
    • Organization and Rigor: Excellent organizational skills, able to structure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities, both orally and in writing, with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years in a similar role involving a mix of technical lead, product management, delivery management, client relationship management in technological contexts.
    • Experience delivering AI projects / products that involve LLMs.
    • Fluent in English and French
