Head of Retail Europe
dans le cadre d'un CDI à pourvoir dès maintenant. Le poste est situé au siège à Paris.

POSTE & MISSIONS

Au sein de la Direction Retail, votre rôle sera de piloter et accélérer la stratégie Retail de Messika en Europe (y compris la France), en développant le réseau de boutiques, en assurant la performance commerciale et opérationnelle, et en incarnant la culture et l'excellence de la marque auprès des équipes et des clients.

A ce titre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes
:

  • Développement du réseau Retail,
  • Pilotage de la performance commerciale et financière,
  • Gestion opérationnelle des boutiques,
  • Management et développement des équipes,
  • Gestion et développement des clients.

PROFIL

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en commerce, vous disposez d'une expérience de 8 à 10 ans en management Retail, idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la joaillerie.

Doté(e) d'une expérience managériale confirmée, vous savez piloter des équipes multiculturelles sur un périmètre international, dans une logique d'équilibre entre bienveillance, exigence, et performance.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les environnements ERP et parlez couramment anglais (la maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne est un atout).

Pour réussir à ce poste, vous devez bénéficier des compétences suivantes
:

  • Maitrise et pilotage des indicateurs de performance,
  • Maitrise de l'Excel avancé et de Powerpoint.
