As a member of the IT department reporting to the Operations Division, you will be at the heart of the company's digital transformation projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will manage strategic projects in conjunction with the business lines, designing innovative, high value-added solutions.

MAIN MISSIONS

Gathering and formalizing requirements: Supporting business teams in expressing their needs, guiding them through an active technology watch and strong listening skills. Draw up specifications.
Business/IT interface: Facilitating communication between the various project players, ensuring mutual understanding of the issues at stake and federating around a common vision.
Project management: Leading project teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Monitoring and reporting: Establish project plans, monitor budgets, identify risks and ensure regular reporting to the IT Manager.

RESEARCH PROFILE

Higher education in computer science (Bac+5).
Proven experience in IT project management, with the ability to see a variety of projects through to completion.
Cross-disciplinary skills: ability to deal with functional, technical and organizational issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Fluency in English essential; knowledge of German or Spanish a plus.
