ITINERANT SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/FLocationItinerant at least 50% in FrancePosition based near the office in Saint-Cyr-l'EcolePosition SummaryAssist in the development of the company's Services activity in conjunction with the sales teams and customers, in order to guarantee operational and commercial performance as well as customer satisfaction in line with the commercial strategy established by the company.ResponsibilitiesAudits/Measurements:Carry out audits/measurements of air quality at customers' sites and establish recommendations and reportingAfter-sales service:Receive customer service telephone requests for a pre-diagnosis for an intervention if necessaryProvide prevention, information and recommendations to customers. You are a source of proposals for after-sales service and make recommendations adapted to the customer's needs.Manage troubleshooting prioritiesDraw up after-sales service intervention reportsInstallations/Commissioning of equipmentCarry out expertise, repairs, preventive and curative maintenance, installations and commissioning at customers' sites (national territory; metropolitan France, and more rarely abroad). Travel represents at least 50% of the time; the rest of the time will be spent on facilities and office (administrative, etc.).Coordinate the installation and commissioning of PARTENAIR products at customers' sites in conjunction with the various internal departments, subcontractors and customersProvide technical training of our products to customers (mastery of the product range)SecurityRespecting and enforcing safety rulesRelationship with other departments: All departments of the companyRelations with external organizations: Distributors, direct customers, suppliers, subcontractorsBasic Qualifications3 / 5 years of experience as a field technician and subcontractor managementThe job requires knowledge of BTS maintenance levelThis position is open to people with disabilities.Key CompetenciesSkills:Technical knowledge of compressors and/or air treatmentMastery of the company's IT tools (Office Pack, Outlook, SAP, etc.)Reading of plans and/or technical diagramsDetecting the origin of a failureDiagnosing a malfunction of industrial equipmentTechnical assistance to customersLanguages:French: mother tongueEnglish: Business, B1 level requiredKnowing how to be linked to the function:Fluency in EnglishRigour, organizationSense of listening and serviceResults-oriented cultureVoluntary, perseveringNational (>50% of the time) and sporadically international mobilityB licenceElectrical accreditationWhat we offerService vehicleBusiness bank cardFamily health insuranceTickets restaurantsProfit-sharing agreementMonetizable Time Savings AccountShare OptionsLinkedIn LearningsContinuous development and growth opportunities
