Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out 5×8 duty according to customer requirements. During non-working hours, be reachable and able to respond promptly in case of emergencies.
- Strictly adhere to the red lines of asset management and the customer's requirements on integrity, compliance, and legality. Ensure all work processes are compliant and lawful.
- Strictly implement personnel and asset entry/exit registration and management in accordance with the asset SOP.
- Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms. Respond to and execute work orders in accordance with service SLA requirements, ensuring SLA compliance and accuracy of asset information.
- Be familiar with data center environments and asset security management standards.
- Be responsible for the inventory and verification of all assets in the data center.
Skill Requirements:
- College degree or above in a related major.
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the industry.
- Familiar with common data center equipment such as switches, servers, optical modules, boards, and optical fibers.
- Experienced in warehouse management and knowledgeable about storage environment requirements.
- Proficiency in the local language and Chinese.
