FP&A Manager

The Fashion Group division in Paris, which manages 7 regions and 9 Maisons globally, is seeking a FP&A Manager to lead and support diverse financial activities pertaining to analysis and reporting. This is a rare opportunity for someone to work closely with senior Finance stakeholders across different Maisons, partner with the Division's CFO, and have visibility over multiple P&Ls.

We are seeking an independent, confident and diligent professional who is looking for a role that combine strategic thinking with execution. Analysis and reporting form part of this role, but at the same time, so does problem solving and presentations to COMEX members.

This is a role that will give you a holistic picture of our Maisons, and allow you the opportunity to influence and add value using your technical and commercial expertise.

Reporting, Analysis & Presentations

• Prepare weekly sales reports for Management to review - CFO and Presidents of Division and Maisons
• Manage branch closings for actual data
• Preparation of sales, P&L, Cash, and Inventory reporting and analyses
• Critical review of data and input from the Maisons
• Preparation of analytical summaries for Management
• Prepare budget reports for forecast data (Budget, Revised, Strategic Plan)
• Prepare monthly reports on store networks
• Participate in the preparation of documents for the various instances: Fashion Group Executive Committee, LVMH Executive Committee, Business Review, etc.

Collaboration with the Maisons

• Participate in the review of investment requests, particularly Retail, from the Fashion Group Maisons
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks requested by Management or the Maisons
• Work in collaboration with our Maisons, particularly on cost optimization, risk and opportunity identification issues
• Participate in the elaboration of forecasts (simulations, what if, etc.)
• Liaise with Maison CFO and Finance team(s) internationally to collect, consult, advise and align on reporting and analysis

Projects

• Contribute to the optimization of monitoring processes and the improvement of reporting tools/formats
• Participate in ongoing projects at the Maisons/Region/Group level on the deployment of new financial consolidation/reporting tools

• Ideally, you have a university degree (Bac+5) from a business/engineering school/university with a focus on corporate finance.
• You have a proven track-record working (5 to 10 years) in complex structures in management control/management accounting/finance
• You have masterful skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• You have strong analytical skills and ability to synthethis data and complex information
• You have strong commercial acument and a sensibility for data and details
• You are organized, rigorous, able to work under time constraints and you enjoy teamwork.
• You have good written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills (ENGLISH and FRENCH)
• You are able to work quickly to urgent deadlines, and can manage multiple priorities and objectives
