Role Purpose
The Duty Manager works under the responsibility of the Airport Operations Manager and participates in the operational organisiation of the department inclding but not limited to, personnel and customer service.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervision of the team during shifts.
- Adjust staffing levels according to operational needs.
- Always ensure compliance with customer airline procedures.
- Ensures that all staff comply with the company's safety & security standards, and that employees understand that the company's #1 priority is safety.
- Establish good relations with the airport's various stakeholders, representing the company in a professional manner in all circumstances (suppliers, subcontractors, etc.).
