1/ DESCRIPTION DU SERVICE (VAUBAN-IP.COM)
Vauban Infrastructure Partners est une société de gestion dédiée à des fonds d'investissement qui acquièrent et gèrent des participations dans des sociétés intervenant dans le domaine des infrastructures. Les missions de l'équipe IT & Technology sont principalement la gestion des projets IT, la supervision des infrastructures, le suivi du run, la conception des architectures de sécurité et cybersécurité, ainsi que la coordination avec la RSSI et les autres fonctions transverses. Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Head of IT et en lien avec les autres services de la société
(équipe d'investissement, conformité, risque, middle office).
2/ PRESENTATION DE L'ENTREPRISE (VAUBAN-IP.COM)
Vauban Infrastructure Partners (« Vauban IP ») est une société de gestion détenue par ses dirigeants, ses principaux managers ainsi que Natixis Investment Managers, dédiée à la gestion de fonds d'investissements dans le secteur des infrastructures. Vauban IP est l'un des principaux leaders européens de l'investissement en infrastructures, sous toutes ses formes (PPP, Concession, Corporate infra). Vauban IP gère plusieurs fonds d'investissement et de co-investissement, soit environ 10 milliards d'euros d'encours sous gestion et dispose d'un track-record de premier plan sur le marché des infrastructures en France et en Europe à la fois en greenfield et en brownfield.
Vauban IP a d'ores et déjà investi en equity dans plus de 80 projets d'infrastructures couvrant un large éventail de secteurs (transports, utilities, télécom, social…) et de géographies (notamment France, Espagne, Italie, Portugal, Norvège, Finlande, Royaume-Uni, Etats-Unis…).
3/ POSTE ET MISSIONS
• Gestion de projet :
o Participer à la planification, au suivi et à la livraison des projets IT.
o Assurer la coordination entre les équipes techniques et métiers.
• Gestion des infrastructures :
o Superviser et faire évoluer l'infrastructure cloud (Azure + Infrastructure réseau).
o Veille technique et audit.
o Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes.
• Run & Support :
o Assurer la continuité de service et le suivi des incidents.
o Mettre en place des processus d'amélioration continue.
• Sécurité & Cyber :
o Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des politiques de sécurité.
o Collaborer avec la RSSI pour le suivi des audits et des conformités.
• DevOps & Automatisation :
o Participer à la mise en place des pipelines CI/CD.
o Optimiser les déploiements et la gestion des environnements.
4/ PROFIL ET COMPETENCES REQUISES
Compétences requises
• Formation : Bac +5 en informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent.
• Techniques :
o Connaissance des bases de données (SQL, NoSQL).
o Maîtrise des infrastructures cloud.
o Bases solides en cybersécurité.
o Bases solides dans un langage de développement (Idéalement C#)
o Bases solides en DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
o Parfaitement à l'aise en anglais professionnel rédactionnel et en expression
orale
• Gestion :
o Compétences en gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum).
o Capacité à travailler en transverse avec plusieurs équipes.

• Leadership et sens de la communication.
• Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
• Organisation, plannification et rigueur.
