We optimize the developer experience and operational efficiency by accelerating the delivery of a portal and platform, alleviating the cognitive load on IT teams and advocating for FinOps & Green IT practices. With our Internal Developer Portal and Platform, you don't need to start from scratch to get a fully customized solution.Platform teams design, build and run the platform enabling end-users to visualize, deploy and manage existing and new projects, interact with cutting-edge DevOps and Cloud automation without the need to become an expert, while keeping best practices in place, cloud expenses under control with a minimum carbon footprint.Cycloid is an Internal Developer Platform and an internal developer Portal with modules around self-service portal and platform orchestration, project lifecycle and ressources management, FinOps and GreenOps and plugins. It can be consumed through the console, in CLI or in API.We are recognized by top leader such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester and we have signed 6 on the top 10 GSI/MSP as a partner. We work on the enterprise market.One goal: to make our internal developer platform and portal the leading platform in the world, done sustainably. Sounds like a plan, right?What is my challenge ? As a Senior Business Development Director, you will:Be the product ambassador to our prospectsParticipate in the improvement of business processesParticipate in the recruitment of your teammatesParticipate in the construction of the corporate culture of CycloidPromote the image and reputation of the companyCommunicate the value of Cycloid and help customers understand how our platform is beneficialContribute to the development of the Cycloid pipeline with a proactive hunting approach: LinkedIn, Cycloid database, newspapers, networks, events etc.Follow the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline, negotiation, and, of course, closing.Work hand in hand with Sales, Partners, Marketing, Pre-sales, Product and Technical teams to provide them with customer needs and product feedback, fuel the product roadmapAnalyze market developments and competitive offers in order to constantly adapt your understanding of the market and adapt your discourseManage the upsell of your customersProvide a clear hubspot reporting: weekly, monthly, quarterly and earlyWe are looking for talents who are driven by the needs of customers, who think that a business developer is much more than a salesman but the bridgehead, a player who is a driving force in terms of both products and services, who knows how to feel the new trends.We are looking for talents who are driven by the spirit of convincing, of winning without doing so to the detriment of others. You believe in contributing to the development of the company commercially but also internally by taking part in building the company culture. You enjoy the difficulty that comes with sales and is able to deal with them accordingly. As such you can provide:A conclusive experience of more than 10+ years in IT editors in UKI & Nordics where you have demonstrated to overachieve YoY quotas. knowledge to be first on the ground, startup mindset. You will be part of a dedicated UKI team with a presale and an alliance person, if you know someone, it is more than welcome.the capacity to close an average deal > € ARR + on an enterprise marketA desire, proven experience, and ability to work with multinational companies & key accounts with an average sales cycle of 6 to 12 monthsa clear understanding of our product; Infrastructure, IDP, dev tools, CMPA true hunter mindset and a great network on CTO, CIO, lead DevOps, Lead platform, lead Infra, Lead DevA closer mindset and recognized as an expert in your fieldA preference for working within an international teamThe variable plan is uncapped. 50% fix, 50% variable with an acceleration plan.The global package is very competitive with the possibility, if you are interested in, to buy some shares.Depending on your result and skills, you will be capable to build your own team on your region as you will be the first on the ground.
