Vos Responsabilités

Vous avez « la niaque », vous êtes passionné(e) et déterminé(e) ? Vous avez le goût du

challenge ?

Devenez qui vous êtes

Votre métier, très orienté business, est de bâtir auprès des clients industriels, ainsi qu'avec

votre équipe d'ingénieurs, une relation de confiance permettant la performance.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au dirigeant de l'entreprise, qui vous coachera dans le

développement de votre cellule opérationnelle.

Votre rôle est extrêmement complet :

  • Création et développement de votre business, par la prospection et le développement

commercial auprès de clients industriels,

  • Recrutement de votre équipe d'ingénieurs consultants,

  • Suivi des projets de vos ingénieurs consultants et management de leur carrières
