Agriodor is an innovative, impact-driven, and multi-award-winning SME founded in 2019, based on research into the relationship between crop pest insects and plants.

After an initial phase of laboratory and field development, the company patented its first solutions based on Kairomones and Allomones, which significantly reduce the use of phytosanitary products in crops — a major benefit for biodiversity. Agriodor is the first company worldwide to design this type of solution.

This rapid progress enabled the company to raise funds and earn the French Tech 2030 label.

With two distribution contracts already signed, Agriodor is now experiencing strong project acceleration. At the heart of this growth is the expansion of target insects and crops, including beet, potato, fruit trees (stone fruits, apple trees), berries, tropical fruits, and soon maize, soybean, and cotton.



Post description

We are looking for a **Head of Purchasing & Supply** to strengthen our operations and supply chain.

Reporting directly to our COO, you will:

- Source, qualify and negotiate contract with new suppliers (long term partners) for VOCs, Formulation prototype, manufacturer of formulated solution. Those suppliers will be in all continents (mostly Asia for VOCs) which will require some traveling abroad quite frequently to source and qualify long term partners

- Manage supplier relationships from prototype to industrial scale and serial life (OTIF management).
- Support R&D, and Formulation teams in drafting specifications.
- Oversee procurement, stock management, and logistics worldwide

Profile required

Profile:


- 10+ years of relevant experience in sourcing & purchasing, in technical environnement with mature purchasing process (industry: chemical industry, automotive industry...). Experience in supply chain management is a + 

- Knowledge of REACH is key, you need to have bought chemicals

- Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
- Experience with international suppliers.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
