Nous sommes en pleine croissance et renforçons nos équipes. À ce titre, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Product Owner Senior (H/F) pour accompagner l'un de nos clients majeurs dans le secteur des réseaux télécoms. Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et expérimentée, où vous serez pleinement impliqué(e) dans le pilotage du produit, la définition des besoins, la structuration et la priorisation du backlog afin de contribuer à une roadmap ambitieuse et innovante. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle, faciliter les échanges avec les parties prenantes et guider l'équipe vers la réussite des objectifs fixés.

Votre mission :
Au sein de l'équipe R&D (5 personnes) et rattaché(e) au Directeur Architecture, vous aurez la charge de :

  • Participer à la vision produit avec le PLM et assurer sa transmission aux équipes
  • Définir les besoins fonctionnels/techniques & rédiger des spécifications si nécessaire
  • Intégrer et prioriser la dette technique dans la roadmap et le backlog
  • Maintenir un backlog clair, structuré et aligné sur les objectifs produits
  • Garantir le respect des standards qualité (DoD, DoR, tests, documentation…)
  • Suivre l'avancement, piloter les priorités & animer les décisions produit
  • Participer aux cérémonies agiles & soutenir les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et à l'identification des risques produits

Votre Profil & l'Environnement technique dans lequel vous évoluerez :

  • Bac+5 ou équivalent
  • 5 ans en tant que Product Owner
  • Très bonne maîtrise des méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban, )
  • Connaissance solide des produits et technologies télécom / réseaux
  • Pratique des outils Agile (Jira, Confluence…)
  • Sensibilité UX & vision orientée utilisateur
  • Excellent relationnel & communication claire
  • Maitrise anglais + français à l'oral et à l'écrit
