*Duties And Responsibilities*
The Engineering Project Manager is a key role in the Customer and R&D Operations organization. She/he has the overall responsibility of delivering projects part of our product porfolio.
She/he is the one managing the various parties involved across the company (R&D, Manufacturing, Product Line Manager, Procurement, etc.) and also the external stakeholders. She/he ensures efficient communication to team members, as well as reporting to the management including senior management.
She/he reports to the Project Management Office Director
You Will Have The Following Responsibilities:
- Planning, cost and feasibility study for the project launch, preparation of each Gate Review as defined in the Product Life Cycle, management of resources, planning, costs, industrialization, etc.
- Analyze deviations to define action plans.
- Assess and monitor risks.
- Ensure "Lessons Learnt" are systematically organized at the end of each project.
- Management of project documentation (Specifications, Planning, Reporting, etc.)
- Implementation and monitoring of key project indicators (technical, ressources, budget, ...)
- Regular reporting and project steering committee

. You have the opportunity to closely collaborate with End-to-End product development teams (from system specification, hardware, embedded software development to validation) and industrialization/manufacturing teams.
You are technically capable of understanding at a high level the hardware and embedded software activities of the development teams.

Education
:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Optical Engineering or Telecommunications
Experience
:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom environments with strong technical background
- Strong experience in managing Engineering projects
Skills
:
- Good understanding of Hardware (electronics, mechanics) and Embedded Software development processes
- Fluent in English (both verbal & written knowledge).
- Stress resistant, flexible.
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in an international environment with cross-functional teams
- Able to lead meetings
- Authority and pedagogy
- Experience in Agile development
- Knowledge on Jira and Confluence
- Experience in Quality management systems – ISO9001, CMMi or equivalent
