As the third largest Chinese automotive exporter, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. operates in over 100 countries and has sold more than 17 million vehicles. In 2024, the group reached 2.6 million units, including 1.14 million exports.
In this context, iCaur, Chery's premium off-road brand founded in 2023, stands out for its modern design and innovative technologies. From 2026, the brand will launch its models in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with the ambition to become a reference in the premium off-road segment.
To support this growth, iCaur is building a strong operational structure in France and is recruiting talented professionals to join the adventure.

Main Responsibilities
Market & Product Strategy
Conduct trend and customer behavior studies to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
Manage the lifecycle of Chery products to achieve business objectives.
Define customer requirements for the French market and translate them into product specifications, including:
Model segmentation and equipment/features
Pricing strategy & positioning
Volume/model assumptions
Color & trim definitions
Lifecycle strategies
Product Intelligence & Positioning
Continuously monitor competitor offerings (equipment/pricing/positioning) and update indexing tools.
Produce regular competitive analyses to support decision-making.
Contribute to positioning and pricing policy for the French market.
Participate in long-term portfolio planning.
Coordinate product solutions related to connectivity, mobility, and new retail initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and agencies for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistency and quality of product messaging and materials.
Lead product training for the distributor network.
Ensure alignment with Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. headquarters on product strategy and execution.
Profile / Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience in automotive product management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, positioning, and pricing fundamentals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset (role based in France).
Self-starter, autonomous, able to manage multiple priorities.
