About the TeamYou'll join our Group Finance / FP&A team, at the heart of strategic decision-making. The team's mission is to:Provide clear, forward-looking financial insights to Executive Management and operational leaders.Ensure robust, consistent financial steering across multiple entities and geographies.Drive continuous improvement, automation, and professionalization of our controlling and planning processes.As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will report directly to the Chief FP&A and work closely with Accounting, Cash, Group Finance, and business leaders. This is a highly visible role with exposure to C‑level stakeholders and cross-functional projects. Your MissionYour mission is to provide reliable, insightful, and actionable financial analysis across Wakam's French perimeter and Group Finance scope. You will be a key contributor to monthly reporting, quarterly closings, budgets, and forecasts, with a particular focus on multi-entity consolidation and overheads management.Multi-Entity ConsolidationYou will:Centralize, review, and consolidate financial data from various entities (P&L, operational KPIs).Ensure consistency of management practices and chart of accounts across entities, including intragroup rebilling alignment.Produce consolidated analyses (margins, profitability, costs by entity / business line, etc.) and propose optimization levers in collaboration with the FP&A team.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and financial reporting processes to enhance quality, speed, and reliability.Overheads ManagementIn close collaboration with another overheads controller, you will:Set up, monitor, and analyze overheads reports (by nature, by department, by cost centre).Build and challenge the budgets of operational and support functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy.Identify variances vs. budget / forecast, propose corrective action plans, and monitor their implementation with stakeholders.Actively contribute to cost optimization, focusing on spend efficiency and tracking achieved savings.Continuous Improvement & ToolsYou will help professionalize and scale the controlling function by:Participating in the optimization of reporting, closing, and planning processes.Making the best possible use of our tools (Sage, Pigment, etc.) to automate reporting, improve data reliability, and streamline work.Proposing and implementing new performance indicators that are relevant to our business and strategy. What You BringYou bring a strong financial and analytical toolkit, ideally in a multi-entity or group context:5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, controlling, or similar roles, preferably at group or multi-entity level.Solid experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Proven ability to consolidate and interpret complex financial data, turning it into clear insights and recommendations.Advanced Excel skills and strong command of financial tools and systems.Experience with Sage and/or Pigment is a plus.Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.Fluency in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
