WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES MERCHANDISING & DEMAND PLANNING ASSISTANT INTERN TO JOIN OUR MERCHANDISING TEAM

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

As a Sales Merchandising & Demand Planning Intern, you will support the Global and EMEA Sales Merchandising teams in driving product performance, optimizing assortments, and ensuring efficient stock management. Working closely with cross-functional teams including retail, logistics, and visual merchandising, you will contribute to the preparation and execution of seasonal buying sessions, maintain critical databases and tools, and assist in weekly and monthly sales and inventory analyses. This role offers a comprehensive exposure to both strategic planning and operational execution within a fast-paced, dynamic fashion retail environment.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

You will be part of the Sales merchandising team (global & regional sales merchandising, demand planning) and support the department on the following missions:

Global sales merchandising:

  • Create and update the supporting documents for sales merchandising i.e. collection plans, performance reports.
  • Participate in seasonal buying sessions upstream & during:
  • Conduct historical analysis of previous collections to help the Global sales merchandising.
  • Support the regional buyers during the buying session (on assortment, sizing, final order).
  • Create the collection presentation decks.

Demand Planning:

  • Keep the databases updated for weekly and monthly analyses.
  • Develop the merchandising tools and support on data management.
  • Follow up on the reproductions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on sales merchandising topics.

EMEA Regional merchandising:

  • Support all in-season daily replenishments for retail and online stores
  • Work closely with all departments (retail, logistics, VM) in planning and maintaining optimum stock levels.
  • Support on weekly re-allocation stock between business channels depending on business needs.
    Conduct store and market visits.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility & Curiosity are a must.
  • Expert with Excel.

  • Passion for fashion, consumer trends, and product storytelling.
