About the role
We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-grade AI systems to drive our platform's success. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement state-of-the-art retrieval and ranking systems for AI workflows
- Define the success criteria for our AI agents and build and maintain evaluation frameworks
- Design robust abstractions for prompt management and agent orchestration. Ensure system reliability with testing and observability.
- Work alongside experienced engineers and founders on various projects, researching and applying AI to real-world problems.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills, staying updated with the latest AI technologies and trends.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in startups.
- Deep understanding of information retrieval and agent systems.
- Experience in building and maintaining AI systems. Familiarity with LLM SDKs and orchestration tools.
- Product-Centric Player
: Excellent communication skills combined with a pragmatic, product-first mindset. You don't just write code; you design solutions with the end-user in mind and a focus on real business impact.
