Your mission
We're looking to recruit someone who can coordinate our commercial projects and deliver high-value consulting, while ensuring successful pilots and product deployments. This role is not a technical delivery role; instead, you will partner with clients, project teams, and sales to manage pilots and interpret outcomes, structure post-quantum (PQ) transition plans, and provide reports. You will also support the pre-sales process by drafting Statements of Work (SoWs). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project coordination and consulting.

On a daily basis, you will…

Project Ownership & Deployment Leadership

  • Lead technical client projects, including commercial pilots and product deployments, acting as the project owner for client engagements from onboarding to deployment and post-go-live.
  • Define timelines, track milestones, anticipate risks, and ensure quality delivery while serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Product) to coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Oversee pilots and full-scale deployments of CryptoNext products to meet client requirements and timelines, acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams to provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and next steps, ensuring a seamless deployment experience.

Provide consulting services

  • Support clients in interpreting technical results from pilots and proofs of concept, translating technical outcomes into actionable insights.
  • Assist clients in structuring their post‑quantum transition plans, including risk assessment and prioritization.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive reports on pilot projects, summarizing key findings, lessons learned, and next steps.

Support pre-sales

  • Work with sales to create Statements of Work (SoWs) and project proposals that accurately reflect scope, effort, and client objectives.
  • Advise on solution fit and deployment strategies during the pre‑sales process.

Support client integration and adoption

  • Deliver technical workshops, demos, and onboarding sessions tailored to each client's use case.
  • Draft or review client-facing documentation: integration guides, deployment instructions, best practices.

Drive client success and product feedback

  • Conduct regular business reviews to track adoption, resolve issues, and align on objectives.
  • Collect structured feedback and insights from clients to help drive product evolution.
  • Help clients extract full value from our products by advising on features and future use cases.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base with lessons learned, repeatable processes, and technical patterns.
Requirements

What you bring

Professional experience

  • 5+ years of coordination and consulting experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience managing client projects (delivery, deployment, success tracking).
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you know how to manage expectations and build trust.
  • Fluent in English and French; able to write clear, concise documentation.
  • Methodical, solution‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients or projects at once.

Technical expertise

  • Ability to learn and explain technically advanced solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Bonus: familiarity with PKI, OpenSSL, HSMs, secure protocols, or post-quantum crypto.

You'll work closely with:

  • The Product team (for feature requests and roadmap alignment)
  • The R&D / Crypto teams (to understand and communicate technical depth)
  • The Sales & Customer team (for account strategy and upsell/cross-sell opportunities)
  • And of course, our strategic clients, in France and internationally
