Job Title- Cross-functional CyberSecurity Management

Location- Paris, France

Hybrid mode- 3 days week (Work from client location)

Overview:

The role involves leading transversal activities and projects within the Information Systems Security team. The consultant will join a dynamic team and report to the head of Information Systems Security. The objective is to drive transformation programs, oversee ITSCM, and ensure audit recommendations are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and frame security projects and transformation programs
  • Oversee IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)
  • Track and implement audit recommendations
  • Project Management Office (PMO) activities
  • Define and manage budgets
  • Participate in the PMO community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities

Mandatory skills:

  • Proven experience in project/program management in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Expertise in security for development or PAM/IAM
  • Understanding of matrix organizations
  • Autonomy, initiative, and synthesis skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Analytical thinking, listening, and pedagogical abilities
  • Experience in budget management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams
