Taking an active supporting role in the entire spectrum of a private equity real estate investment.

  • Examining early-stage opportunities and performing preliminary analysis
  • Building financial models
  • Liaising with advisors and contributing to the due-diligence process
  • Preparing investment memorandums
  • Supporting financing execution
  • Participating in fundraising activities

Supporting the proper execution of the investment and asset management strategies of the division's portfolios.

  • Active interactions with various counterparties during the asset management process
  • Ongoing monitoring of the investment performances
  • Financial performance-enhancing strategic planning
  • Site visits

Profile:

  • Une expérience de stage préalable dans le domaine de la banque d'investissement, du capital-investissement ou de l'immobilier serait appréciée,
  • Profondément rigoureux, excellentes capacités d'analyse et aptitudes exceptionnelles à la résolution de problèmes
  • Ouverture d'esprit, esprit d'équipe et proactivité,
  • Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement stimulant,
  • Un goût pour les opérations de Private Equity Real Estate,
  • Excellente connaissance du pack Microsoft Office,
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise.

  • A previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity or real estate would be appreciated,
  • Deeply rigorous, excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive,
  • Proven aptitude in working in a challenging environment,
  • A taste for Private Equity Real Estate deals,
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack,
  • Proficient French and English required.
