Vous rejoindrez une équipe jeune et dynamique, composée de cinq compliance officers et placée sous la responsabilité du Head of Compliance de Tikehau Investment Management. 

Le département Conformité et Contrôle Interne est une fonction indépendante qui identifie, évalue et contrôle les risques de conformité ainsi que les risques opérationnels de Tikehau IM. Les risques de conformité sont définis comme les risques de sanction juridique, administrative ou disciplinaire, de perte financière significative ou d'atteinte à la réputation, résultant du non-respect des exigences réglementaires, mais aussi des normes professionnelles et éthiques.

L'équipe de conformité a également un rôle d'information, de formation et de conseil, tant auprès des employés que de la direction de Tikehau IM.

Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

• Assister l'équipe dans la réalisation des contrôles définis dans le plan de conformité et de contrôle interne, ainsi que dans l'évaluation des risques identifiés et la mise en œuvre de mesures de gestion appropriées ;
• Contribuer au suivi des recommandations émises lors des contrôles ;
• Participer à l'actualisation des dossiers afin d'assurer leur conformité continue ; 
• Contribuer à la mise à jour du manuel de procédures et du manuel d'éthique de Tikehau IM ;
• Contribuer à l'élaboration du reporting de l'activité ;
• Travailler en collaboration avec les autres compliance officers dans leurs différentes tâches. 

Votre stage au sein de l'équipe Compliance de Tikehau Investment Management vous permettra de :

•  Acquérir la méthodologie et les outils d'analyse indispensables à l'exercice des fonctions de contrôle et d'audit ;
• De consolider vos connaissances en matière de réglementation financière et d'éthique des affaires ;
• De bénéficier d'un panorama exhaustif de la gestion d'actifs grâce aux différents domaines d'expertise de la société (Private Equity, Private Debt, Capital Markets, Real Estate) ;
• Evoluer dans un environnement dynamique, stimulant et international.

You will join a young and dynamic team, composed of five compliance officers and placed under the responsibility of the Head of Compliance of Tikehau Investment Management. 

The Compliance team is an independent function that identifies, assesses, and monitors the compliance risks as well as the operational risks of Tikehau IM. The compliance risks are defined as the risks of legal, administrative or disciplinary sanction, significant financial loss or damage to reputation, arising from non-compliance with regulatory requirements, but also with professional and ethical standards.

The compliance team also has a role of information, training and advice, both to employees and to Tikehau IM management. 

You will be in charge of the following missions:

• Assist the team in carrying out the controls defined in the Compliance and Internal Control Plan, as well as in evaluating identified risks and implementing appropriate management measures;
• Contribute to the follow up of recommendations issued during the controls;
• Contribute to the updating of records to ensure their ongoing compliance;
• Contribute to the updating of the Tikehau IM procedures manual and ethics manual;
• Contribute to the elaboration of reporting on the activity;
• Work in collaboration with the other compliance officers in their various tasks. 

Your internship within the Compliance team of Tikehau Investment Management will allow you to:

•  Acquire the methodology and analysis tools essential to the exercise of control and audit functions;
• To consolidate your knowledge of financial regulations and business ethics;
• To benefit from an exhaustive overview of asset management thanks to the Company's various areas of expertise (Private Equity, Private Debt, Capital Markets, Real Estate);
• To evolve in a dynamic, stimulating and international environment.

• Vous préparez un Master 1 ou un Master 2 en conformité, droit financier, gestion des risques ou finance (stage de césure ou stage de fin d'études idéalement) ;
• Vous avez des connaissances de base sur le fonctionnement des marchés et des instruments financiers ;
• Vous avez des compétences juridiques de base vous permettant d'analyser les textes juridiques et la réglementation financière ;
• Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais (oral et écrit) vous permettant de travailler dans un environnement international ;
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du progiciel Office, notamment Excel et Powerpoint ;
• Vous disposez d'un bon sens relationnel et êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement dynamique. Votre rigueur et votre capacité d'adaptation seront des atouts pour intégrer un environnement exigeant.

• You are preparing a Master 1 or a Master 2 in compliance, financial law, risk management or finance (gap year internship or end-of-study internship);
• You have basic knowledge of the functioning of markets and financial instruments;
• You have basic legal skills enabling you to analyse legal texts and financial regulations;
• You have a good level of English (oral and written) enabling you to work in an international environment;
• You have a good command of the Office package, particularly Excel and Powerpoint;
• You have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt to a dynamic environment. Your rigour and adaptability will be assets to integrate a demanding environment.
